Abstract
Celadon is a kind of ceramics that has been developed since Sukhothai and Ayudhya period and handed down through generations. The wisdom of ancient artists which combined the use natural materials; clay, fire and ash to make a pottery called “Celadon”. The strong, durable and beautiful, greenish grey Celadon is a valuable heritage from our ancestors.
Bannua (Don-it) is a small community that still makes Celadon ceramics. Bannua Celadon created their own style and design with the appropriate production process that is friendly to the environment. They continue to maintain the traditional production process. The unique character of Celadon ceramics is the greenish color and the pattern.
